How can a partner send a quote to an existing customer?

After we have added the end user, we need to create and send a quote to the end user to start the order process. Follow the below steps to add a new quote and send it to an existing account:


1. Go to Ordering Platform and click on ‘Quotes’ on the left-hand panel. Click on ‘Add New’ button on the top right-hand corner.

2. Type the quote reference ID or Name (This can be your preferred name or ID) and click ‘Create’.


3. In the ‘Mobile Options’ section, click on ‘Add Options’ button and add the mobile plans that you would want to add in the quote.

4. Select the quantity from the four plans. The reseller prices will be mentioned on the plans. We can click on ‘More Info’ to check more details about the plan.


5. Click on ‘Save’ button to add the plans to the bucket.

6. Click ‘Actions’ button in the top right corner → Click on ‘Send Quote to End Customer’.

7. In the new tab, select ‘Existing Customer’ and click on ‘Next’.

8. Select your end user company from the drop down and click on ‘Next’.

9. Add your customer’s name and email address who you would like to send this quote to and click on ‘Send Email’.


10. Another way to send a quote to the customer is to copy the URL to clipboard and paste it in an email.
