How do I update my payment details in my account?

If you are looking to change the way you pay for your CommsMobile account, you can easily do so by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Your CommsMobile Account - To start the process, you will need to log in to your CommsMobile account using your username and password.

  2. Go to Billing and Choose View and Update Payment Method - Once you are logged in, navigate to the ‘Billing’ section and select ‘View and update payment method.’

  3. Enter Your New Payment Details - In the ‘Update payment method’ section, you can input your new payment details. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will need to have your PayPal login details on hand.

  4. Confirm Your Payment Method - After entering your new payment details, hit ‘Confirm payment method’ to finalise the changes.

Things to Know

There are a couple of important things to keep in mind when updating your payment method for CommsMobile:

  • You will need to perform the update process for each of your CommsMobile services individually.
  • Prepaid cards, including prepaid Visa or Mastercard, are not accepted as payment options.
