How to add more users to the Customer’s account?

An end user account may have multiple mobile users, to add multiple users to your client account, we need to go to ‘Mobile Manager’ and follow the steps:


1. Click on ‘Manage Customers’ and in the list click on the icon at the end of the added customer account and click ‘Manage’ in the drop down.

2. Click on ‘Users’ in the new pop-up window and then click on ‘Add User’ to add another user in the same account.

3. Add the user details and select the permissions* (level of account access) you would like to give to this user and click on ‘Add User’.

Note: You may give ‘Mobile Admin’ rights to your end user to enable them to add more users and manage SIMs of their own company. You’ll still have the admin rights over all your users.
