I’m having trouble activating my CommsMobile SIM

If you're facing difficulties with the setup and activation of your CommsMobile SIM, here are some troubleshooting tips: 

  • Retry the setup and connection process if you haven't already done so. 
  • Double-check that your SIM card is correctly inserted into your phone. 
  • Power off and on your device. 
  • Try inserting your CommsMobile SIM into another unlocked device to see if it works there. If it does, it's possible that there is an issue with your current device.
