I’m having trouble gifting data

If you wish to gift data to someone through CommsMobile, make sure you have checked the following: 

  • The recipient is a CommsMobile customer with an active mobile or data plan service. 
  • You have entered the recipient's mobile service number correctly. 
  • You have enough data remaining in your data bank.  

If you have ensured all of the above, but still face difficulties while gifting data, do not hesitate to send us a message. We will look into the matter and resolve the issue for you.
