I’m having trouble porting my number to another provider

If you're attempting to transfer your CommsMobile number to another service provider and encountering issues, we suggest verifying your CommsMobile account number which is available on your CommsMobile bill. 


If you have confirmed the correct account number and are still facing difficulties, kindly contact your new service provider for further assistance. 


Please note that you will continue to be billed for your CommsMobile service during each monthly payment cycle until your mobile number is successfully transferred or your CommsMobile service is cancelled.
