Resolving SIM card errors

If you're getting notifications about a SIM error, try using your CommsMobile SIM in another unlocked device. In case this doesn't work, it is likely that your SIM is faulty, and you will need to replace it. 


To get a new SIM, click on the "Get a replacement SIM" button below and follow the instructions provided in the CommsPanel portal.
