How can I activate or deactivate my voicemail?
To activate or deactivate your voicemail service, log in to your My Mobile account on the Belong website, select Manage, then choose the Voicemail settings option. Select your preferred service and click confirm. Please note that it may take up to 4 hours for a new messaging service to be enabled and up to 36 hours for a new number transfer to take place.
Can I use visual voicemail on my iPhone?
At this time, CommsMobile does not support visual voicemail. However, you can still access your voicemail inbox by dialling '101'.
