If you wish to change your payment method, you can do so at any time. Simply visit the "Update your payment details" section to find out how.


Important Information

There are a few things you should keep in mind when it comes to payment methods for CommsMobile services:

  • Any updates or changes to your payment method will need to be performed individually for each of your CommsMobile services.
  • Prepaid cards, including prepaid Visa or Mastercard, are not accepted as a payment option.
