What should I do if I’ve lost my device?

Important: If you haven't already, you should report your lost or stolen device to the local police.


Next, block your CommsMobile SIM to prevent it from being used and order a new one. To block your SIM, select the Block SIM button below and, when prompted, log in to your CommsMobile account.


We'll give you the option to have a replacement SIM sent to your address or you can choose an alternative address – just let us know.


Things you should know: If you block your CommsMobile SIM, you won't be able to make or receive calls and text, or use data services. This also may affect phone-locating services like Find my iPhone. You will also continue to be billed for your service.
