Why was my payment declined?

When you submit an activation request for your CommsMobile service, the activation process may take up to 7 minutes to complete. However, there are certain conditions under which the activation may take longer.

Activation Request Outside Porting Hours

If you submit an activation request outside of the porting hours, which are from 8am to 8pm (AEDT), Monday to Friday, and 10am to 6pm (AEDT) on Saturdays, the activation of your CommsMobile service can take up to 36 hours.

Credit on Your CommsMobile Account

If you log in to your CommsMobile account before your service is activated, you'll see a credit on your account. This credit will be used to pay your first bill once your service is fully active. After that, your account will no longer be in credit.
