No, the contract is not exclusive.
Yes, CommsMobile offers white label billing. We’ll need a logo, ABN, Company details, Bank account details and company email address to set you up on our systems.
We have a subscriber management platform called CommsPanel. It would make ordering, paying bills and managing existing and new clients easy. White label billing, logistics, and ordering portals are included in our service, making it easy for you to manage your customers.
All contracts are monthly.
CommsMobile uses the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network, ensuring reliable and fast connectivity for your customers. Our 4G coverage is at 98.8% of Australia, and our 5G coverage covers 75% and is growing.
4G and 5G SIM only post-paid plans are available, all of which include unlimited calls and SMS.
The SIM cards are plain white. Partners may quote invoice the product on their letter head however they must refer to the CommsMobile product branding in the product description line items in either marketing or invoice/financial documents.
Yes, all plans are month to month, SIM only post paid plans.
Both the partner and the end user assigned administrator can suspend, activate etc via our whitelabeled portals. Please contact your account manager to arrange a demonstration.

Yes, we do. We offer a direct debit system via GoCardLess. Please email your account manager to set it up for you.

All our accounts are postpaid, you can either pay via monthly invoice or we can set up a Direct debit system for you.
Yes, we can share the embed script with you for you to embed the CommsMobile microsite into your website.
You can view your bills and account activity online through the CommsPanel portal using your credentials.
CommsMobile has no partner minimum commitments. There are not other fees, other than if partners want to take advantage of our direct debit arrangements.
The service is suspended. Customers can either buy a datapack bolt or request a data gift from a colleague.
We do not offer data pooling. Data sharing is managed via the data gifting functionality in the CommsPanel portal.
